In practice: Myjackpot is a foreign operator without a Belgian licence. For that reason, this is a solid but not spectacular choice.

Signup, KYC and support

Opening an account varies little: name, date of birth and documents, before anything is paid out. An ID document and an address document will be requested. If the name on your bank account differs, things stall.

Language cover is a lottery, and the regulator has no say in the outcome. Document your deposits yourself, even if the site does too; that is what remains if a discussion ever arises.

On payments, Belgium leaves little choice: you deposit with Bancontact or Bancontact Pay, and you withdraw by bank transfer. The rename from Payconiq to Bancontact Pay dates from March 2026.

Bancontact Pay limits to €1500 per operation and €2500 per 24 hours. The money is available at once; a withdrawal normally takes one to three banking days, with the site's internal handling added to that.

Limits, age and EPIS

The rules on player protection here run more tightly than the Netherlands or France and you feel it on the first deposit. On any licensed site the weekly limit defaults to €200.

EPIS is the Gaming Commission's central exclusion system: a single request is enough to stay out everywhere at once. Reversing it is not immediate. Casino, gaming hall and sports betting are 21-and-over since 1 September 2024; scratch cards and Lotto stay at 18. The bar is statutory, not a house rule.

FAQ

May Myjackpot operate in Belgium?

No, Myjackpot does not appear in the Belgian licence register. Anyone wanting certainty looks the name up at the Gaming Commission. You can check this yourself in the regulator's register.

From what age may I play?

You must be 21. Younger is only allowed at the National Lottery. This is verified at registration. A falsified age costs you the whole balance at payout.

Can I change my limit?

€200 per week per site by default. Lowering it is immediate; raising it needs a check and a delay. A lower limit is active immediately. The limit applies per site, not across all sites.

Which payment method is best?

Depositing with Bancontact works; the money comes back through your bank account. Always pay from an account in your own name. Turnaround depends mostly on the operator, not on Bancontact.

What is EPIS?

You register with EPIS. It works nationally and immediately. The request is free of charge. Unlicensed sites are not connected to it.

Are winnings taxed?

No. In Belgium gambling winnings are untaxed for the player — the levy sits with the operator. Nothing about that rule changes in 2026. This has been the Belgian rule for years.
